Healthy Enzyme DIY

I am glad to share with you how I prepared 2 simple homemade enzyme remedies:
(1) Tomato Enzyme and (2) Pineapple Emzyme

What is enzyme?
Enzymes are protein molecules responsible for all biological activities in human cells.

In my blog, I have prepared Non-sugar Enzyme.
Ingredients:
(1) Tomato Enzyme

• Tomato or Cherry Tomato 400 g
• Oligo 900 (Liquid) 90 g
• Pure Poly Floral Honey 250 g

Effect: Tomato contains high level of Lycopene. It is reported to be very effective in fighting and preventing cancer, particulars prostate disorders. It also reduce heart disease risk.

Ingredients:
(2) Pineapple Enzyme

• Pineapple 500 g
• Kiwi /fruits 150 g
• Lemon 150 g
• Oligo 900 Liquid 90 g
• Pure Poly Floral Honey 250 g

Effect : Pineapple has been used to alleviate degree of inflammation and to speed up tissue repair and helps indigestion. The combination of fruits is rich in vitamin C, which works to reduce pigmentation, soothe and hydrate skin.

Look at this picture.. is the Eye of Kuala Lumpur. At that time, attracted many tourists but finally was closed down and moved to Melaka in October 2008.

I come from Yong Peng New Village 我来自永平新村

I come from Yong Peng new village in the state of Johor, Malaysia. This is my hometown. I was born here in 1955 about 55 years ago。 I like new village life because it is simple living and also simple food in town。Best and famour of Foo Chau food you may find here， for example Foo Chau mee and also my brother's best fish balls in town - Yong Peng。

Recently， Astro Channel 301 - every sunday 9.00 pm ， the programme name “I come from new village ” it’s a amazing show that the stories to tell us how the new village were borned。 。。。。more things I would like to share with you。。

最近,Astro-301每逢星期日晚上九点正有播”我来自新村的故事“、已经有几次播访来自新村的故事、特别的这一集‐永平新村的故事已经最近播过了。
本人看过这一集所播永平是在什么时候开辟的。我想我的父亲是在1952年--在永平集中住这一片土地上。之后、在1955年我就是在这祖家出生。

在我记意中。我也没有深刻留下我的父亲的样子。也许这一生我都对我的父亲的榜样都没辨法一一去体会和了解、直到如今、我还是想念着我的已故父亲。

Danga Bay

Danga Bay is along Jalan Straits View of Johor Bahru. More things to be improved inorder to attract tourist. I saw a new project next to the Danga Bay still under contruction. Hope to see the development complete soon.
